Lauren is our fabulous chiropractor and strength and conditioner. Often working with riders alongside Dee to make sure both sessions are as effective as possible soft tissue, joint and mobility wise.

Lauren is an incredibly warm character and riders love her enthusiasm to both treatment and strength work.

Optimise Performance

Fully booked till 2023. Dee is based at The Hub most days but also travels to performance yards across the country for the olympic disciplines.

Dee will often be working alongside all the team with Callum to really bring performance together in and out of the saddle.

Callum looks at a rider as a jump coach very differently to others, knowing how much a rider can influence performance and has been working around some o the best riders and trainers in the world. Invested and passionate you will often hear Callum in the arena before you see him and riders leaving smiling and ready to give most things a go.

Sadie Robertson – Performance Coach

Putting the puzzle together.

Often combining performance mindset before you hop in the saddle. Riders love being able to focus on themselves before jumping into training. You can come with or without a horse but we really recommend combining the two.

Sandie is amazing at looking at all aspects of your performance both in life, work and on the horse. Clients love discovering how the puzzle maps together and how we bring Sandie’s work into the coaching and biomechanics sessions to make you not just a better rider, but a more rounded individual.

Elite Mindset 1to1 & Next Elite Hub Performance Group – TBC

A name most people will have heard in the industry having worked with multiple Olympians inc equestrian sport and rugby as well as business icons and more.

For our Elite Hub Training Days with Dee and Charlie, we are inviting an exclusive pool of riders from different disciplines who share in their desire to learn and train. The theme of our very first day together will be “Benchmarking – The Gap to High Performance” – identifying the mental and physical characteristics of elite riders.

Sports Therapy & S&C with Matt

Every Wednesday

Matt focuses on improving riders’ strength, fitness and flexibility through treatment and conditioning. Matts speciality lies with rehab and recovery work and its something clients particularly love about him – something riders in particular frequently need! 

When not at The Hub Matt works within Formula 1 and Formula 2 so brings a wealth of knowledge from a sport that has significantly more similarities than you might think.

Not your standard pilates!

We are super excited to have such a Dynamic 😉 Woman in the Hub family. Lottie brings fun, upbeat but challenging reformer and mat sessions, whilst being focussed on form and function. One to ones or groups of 2 or 3, using our stunning Pilates Scandinavia reformer alongside Barre and Matt Pilates.

Keep an eye on our social channels for our cocktails and pilates evenings! They are very popular and book up quick as the cocktails are part of the whole evening!

Cocktails and Pilates Evening

Cocktails are very much part of our evenings at The Hub. Come and have a lot of fun at to upbeat tunes, meet some cool new faces, in person and virtually whilst learning about posture and moving your body freely in and out of the saddle. Taking sips (to hydrate ;)) along the way!

We will be working through standing flow and partner stretch releases, using the EQ Bands and Balls.

In summer it turns to arena pilates, enjoying the evening sun and soft surface of the arena. Let us know what cocktail takes your fancy and we will see you soon.
