Lottie is a Reps Level 3 PT and Advanced Pilates Instructor in both Matwork and STOTT Reformer Pilates with over 15 years experience working with everyone from elite sports professionals to injury rehabilitation. Her passion is in functional movement connecting people to their bodies with a full mind/ body approach. Expect a dynamic warm through followed by work to activate tight hips flexors, reset postural imbalances and stretch out tight hamstrings marrying together other disciplines such as barre and strength where appropriate to get the maximum results.

If it is more stretch and recovery you are after look forward to a gentle activation of tight muscles through a series of stretches and flowing movements both on and off the reformer machine.
